Refund policy
We want you to be happy. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from NISA SCRUBS and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns within 15 days after product delivery. Product must be in the original packaging with the original tags/labels/receipt , same condition that it was delivered in. For a full refund, product must be unworn, unused, free of stain, makeup, deodorant, or any sign that indicates that product has been worn other than trying it on. Taxes + shipping cost of the return may vary and may not be refunded( and you will be responsible for paying cost of return shipment). If we receive a product and it doesn't meet the above criteria, unfortunately, the refund request may be denied, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to get it back. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read under " shipping a return" down below to begin the return process. If you return an item without contacting us first, a refund may be denied.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN
International returns are limited to some parts of Canada. No returns are accepted for the rest of the countries.

Items On Sale:Â
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/ discounted price items cannot be refunded; unless you received the wrong order, with the incorrect color, size, or style, in which case we will gladly process an exchange for you.Â
Wrong Item Received/ Defective Item:
We invest a great deal in delivering you the best product, and in the event that you received a defective product or wrong size/color, please email us as soon as possible at nisascrubs@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition, and explanation of why it is wrong/defective. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.Â
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged/wrong order received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nisascrubs@gmail.com to process a return for you. At the moment we do not do exchange. You will need to place a new order if you would like a different size, style or color. As for the item you currently have, send us an email to process a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the money ( must meet the return criteria above).  If you would like to wait until you return the items and receive a refund to place a new order, keep in mind that this may take a long time depending on where you live.Â
Shipping a return:
To return your product, please send us an email to nisascrubs@gmail.com so we begin the return process with you. Please indicate the reason for return.Â
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when a shipping label is processed for you.

Refund Processing:
We will start the refund process as soon as the returned item is received on our end. We will need time to inspect the product and ensure it matches the original order. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Remember, even though we may finish the refund process from our end, it may take your bank/financial institution time until it actually appears in your account.Â
Late or missing refunds:Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RESELLING OUR PRODUCTS:
Our products are not permitted to be resold. For individual use ONLY. If You know and or suspect anyone to be reselling our products, please report them to us.Â
