Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.  If placing a large order (over 10 items), please allow more processing time. If you need help with a group order please send us an email and we will be more than happy to help.

Local Deliveries: 

Same or next day local delivery is available for all orders. Fees apply. Local delivery is specified based on your zip-code. Only specific zip-codes are eligible for local delivery. 

Local deliveries can be dropped of throughout the day, but depending on order quantity, more time may be needed to process your local delivery order. We will contact you via text message with the phone number/ email  you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival/ when order has been dropped-off.

Local Pickup/ In-Store pickup:

Our business is located in the Metro-Detroit area of Michigan. We don't offer local pick as of now, but if you really need your scrubs the same day and would like to come pick them up, please place your order by choosing standard shipping then send us an email at nisascrubs@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that shipping fee cost will NOT be waived since we are making special accommodations to allow you to do local pick up. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping  to several countries. Please put your address to check if the shipping carrier will ship to your specific address. Please be aware that if you are choosing flat rate shipping it can take up to 15-20 days to Canada and 15-30 days for the rest of the world. 

If you are an international customer, and want to make a purchase, but unable to see delivery options to your country, please send us an email to nisascrubs@gmail.com to process a shipping rate based on your location. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NISA SCRUBS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order: 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nisascrubs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
